3 Rivers will be in Greenville on Sunday, January 14th. The first round will be at The Meadow and the second round location will be determined. The 3 Rivers site has been updated and as soon as I get the last results I will update it again.

Well actually I am not going to be able to come Saturday but it has nothing to do with the K'town crew. I had a reunion tonight in Raleigh and we were trying to decide about getting together on Saturday. It turns out that the best time for some of the (due to family) was in the afternoon. I love my disc golf peeps, but I have known a lot of these people longer than I have been playing golf (some of them for over 20 years) and it has been too long since I have seen them.
Have fun and and I will be there in spirit. Joe and the K'town crew, just count my entry fee in ( I will pay you either Sunday or at the GVDG Ice Bowl) and use it as a donation to the cause.

Thanks for asking Schweb. I have been busy getting ready to head for Daytona for the race.
This year there will be a new points series for Eastern NC PDGA events. This series will be called the Coastal Plains Points Series. This points series is not part of the NC points series but it does not conflict with it either. Any PDGA event east of 95 is eligible to be in it. Right now we believe we will have all of the Knapp events (CPWO, CPFO, One Moe), the DEPC, Kings Cup and Azalea.
5 divisions will be competing for a year end winner (Pro Open, Pro Master, Advanced, Advanced Master and Women). For this year, clubs and events will not be charged any fees since we want to introduce this series.
I will be posting more info (points system, schedule, etc) when I get back. Be ready to start of the CPPS at the CPWO next weekend. Lets see who can win this year and also lets help eastern NC disc golf grow even more.

When I first came to ECU eastern NC had 2 PDGA events (fall Disc Gofl Classic and CPWO). In 6 short years, it has grown into a series.

I will work on it some tomorrow also (finish the results from 06 and start 07, archive the old doubles results, update sponsor information and finish some areas of the site I have been ignoring). I also have made flyers for doubles and the March Mando Madness and I will post them today at the course.
So my spring break has been get sick, recover, work on golf stuff, do more golf stuff and then clean the house this week. Also my mom is coming to visit. I can't wait for the weekend :cool:

March Mando Madness: March 24th @ The Meadow. 9:30am signup. 9:45 players meeting. First round blue pads, second round white pads. $10 Pro, $5 Am, $1 Ace Pool(Optional). Each hole will have a challenging, but fun mando.

Summer Doubles Is Back! - We will start on Monday, April 2nd. Signup closes 5:45. Tee at 6pm. Entry is $3 and $1 optional ace pool. We will have doubles twice a week again. Mondays will be played from the white pads. Thursday doubles will be played from the blue pads. The points series will run from the first week through the end of September. Last years winner for both the Monday and Thursday doubles points series was Scotty Faison.
