Tournament Central offers a modified interface to assist league directors. League Central differs from Tournament Central in a few ways:
- Check-In can be used independently each round
- Groups only uses players who have been checked-in
- Removal of Finances
These features will be most useful for Shotgun-start leagues. As players check-in and pay for their rounds, you can use the check-in feature to check them in. When you create Groups, only the checked-in players will be placed in starting groups.
For example, if you have a full league roster of 100 players, but only 40 of them show up on any night, this means only those 40 will be placed into groups. The remaining 60 players will be hidden from view when you're creating groups.
The Overview tab provides a link to Pre-Event Setup and a link to each week. The tabs across the top of the page are simplified to only provide information about this week's league.
All weeks are shown, with weekly check-in and groups management.
On the Pre-Event Setup page of League Central, click "Enable" for Check In.

Once Check In is enabled, proceed to this week's Check In page. You can check players in one at a time as they show up and pay, or you can check in players in bulk using the checkboxes.

After you have completed checking players in for the round, proceed to the "Play" tab to create Groups. Only the checked-in players will be available on this page. Assign the cards as you see fit and click Post Groups to publish the starting assignments.

If a player arrives late, after you have already published the starting assignments, you can return to the check-in page and check them in. Then, return to the Play tab to place this player in a group. This player will appear in the "Unassigned Players" section. You can drag them down to your desired starting hole republish the groups by clicking "Post Groups" again.
Late arrivals can be manually added to the published groups.
