PDGA Asia Tour

Overview
The PDGA is pleased to announce the inaugural 2026 Asia Tour Powered by Yikun Discs and Presented by Chain Disc Golf. The Tour will feature seven B and C-Tier events across five countries and regions over a 10-week period from early January through mid-March. This tour has been created to celebrate the Asian disc golf community and its emergence as a leading growth area and Tour-ist destination for our sport. It aims to attract players from across eastern Asia and around the world to meet, compete, unite and celebrate!
The tour will debut with the long-standing Asia Open in Chinese Taipei before heading to the vacation paradise that is Thailand for 3 events – in vibrant, cosmopolitan Bangkok, on kick-back Koh Samui Island, and in the temple strewn northern city of Chiang Mai. After a short break, the tour will shift to the Philippines, then to the southernmost Japanese Island of Okinawa, before climaxing with the Tour Championship in the megacity that is Shanghai, China. As such it will present players with the opportunity to experience some of the regions best courses and events, all while sampling an array of different cultures, culinary delights, temples and other stunning historical sites.
What to Expect
The tour will offer divisions catering to all players: Professionals and Amateurs; Men, Women and Youth; Veterans who have played for decades, and newer players who have just recently fallen in love with the game. Here are more details on what players can expect:

-
Top tour finishers will win cash and\or prizes.
-
Any player that participates in all 7 tour events will receive a special award.
