2025 PDGA Am Worlds kicks off

It's time to chase a title in Missouri.
342 players representing 13 countries have made their way to Columbia, Missouri, USA for the 2025 PDGA Amateur Disc Golf World Championships, the final PDGA Worlds in a truly global 2025 Major season.
Along with the global representation, quite a few players — 105 to be exact — are back for another run at the Am Worlds crown.

Both U.S. champions are in the field — James Collier, the highest-rated player in the MA1 field, and Canada's Brianna Vandergriendt, who took down FA1 at the USWDGC earlier this summer in Wisconsin.
Virginia Polkinghorne is back to defend her FA1 title from a year ago in Grand Rapids, Michigan and a host of younger talent are making their Am Worlds debut, including MJ Gager, Shelby Cowen and Hailey Huber, the highest-rated player in the FA1 field.
MA1 is wide-open with a host of new and returning faces who kick off their quest for a Major title on Tuesday.
