Interested in representing the Stars and Stripes on the disc golf course?

Your chance comes in September 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania.

From September 9 – 12, 2026, disc golfers representing countries from around the world will compete in doubles and single match play formats on two 18-hole courses located in the Pavilniai Regional Park area of Vilnius. The  main course, known as “The Pilgrim”, is the permanent Pūčkoriai Disc Golf Course. A second 18-hole course of similar standard will be set up nearby, as a temporary championship layout. 

As the official WFDF national association for the United States, the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) has been tasked with filling the Team USA roster which will include MPO, MP40, MP50 and FPO, FP40 divisions.

For the first time, each country will have two teams: one for open players, one for masters players. The PDGA, as the USA national association, will provide the team registration fees and team jerseys. Players will be responsible for their travel costs and lodging. All players must be current PDGA members and must be a minimum of 18 years old, or travel with a parent/guardian. There is no payout for this event.

Selection of Team USA representatives will be based on PDGA player ratings. The PDGA member(s) with the highest rating for which they apply will be the first players invited to represent Team USA.

The deadline for consideration is January 31, 2026.
