2025 PDGA Am Worlds — Final Recap

It was evident from the start of the week at the 2025 PDGA Amateur Disc Golf World Championships presented by Discraft in Columbia, Missouri that it was going to take all 90 holes to settle thing.
It took that, and more.
A thrilling, action-packed week of competition came down to a playoff in the morning for the FA1 title and just a few hours later, the MA1 crown was decided on the infamous 18th at Harmony Bends.

Therese Cuevas birdied the 18th in regulation to force a playoff with Peyton Kohut, who had an ace and four-straight birdies on the back nine. Three holes later, Cuevas claimed her fourth PDGA Major title.
A few hours later, the MA1 leaderboard was spinning between a number of players from the lead and chase cards. That was before Hayden Carroll, who entered the day with a three-stroke lead, birdied four of the last five holes, including 18, for a one-stroke win.
