How did you do ? Lets hear it.

I played the Cat Hallow course yesterday with Rick and Russ and PK.
It is an interesting course with only a couple of long holes.
Most are short and the fairways are good. Just be sure to stay on them.
Or face the dreaded vines. I strongly recommend anyone who plays
it get a map first or go with someone who knows it.

You will walk right past some holes and tee signs to get to the correct one.

Thanks Robbie. It was a very challenging weekend to say the least. The footing was the worst I've ever seen and my legs and toosh are feeling the repercussions of walking...oh say around 12-15 miles??? Great job Ware...he did hold his own...bombing most of the big boys. You should have seen the head to head between us and Ron Russ/Chauncey Donaldson. We had em on the ropes but they got us by one. Lots of fun!!

It is about like you and Eddie said. It needs new belts and a couple of pulleys. Joey is going to order the parts so we can getter running for late spring. I put all of last months donations from the mini towards parts. Hopefully we can get some more donations to pay for all of the parts. One of the tires is shot so we are looking for a 12" tire. JP

How nice it is to be back at the Rock in Spring. Had a great time last night fellas.

The wind was a little different which if you're used to playing a particular course with a particular wind, can make for some interesting, if not just plain wrong, shot selections....not that I'm complaining, it was nice for a change to have the wind at my back on most of the longer holes. :p

Next Wed maybe we could do some grilled fajitas and corn tortillas, along with massive amounts of homemade pica de gallo and some chips. That's right I'll bring a quart of the pica and some chips if others can bring corn tortillas and tenderized fajitas. Any takers?

We will be cutting sign up off at 5:00 sharp. Draw at 5:05 and tee off at 5:10 so that does not mean show up at 5:01 and expect to play. It seems to me that it wasn't to long ago that a group of golfers couldn't take the BS anymore and decided to seperate from the rest of the group. GOOD GOD MAN....... the names they had to endure and the trash talk they had to listen to. It's coming back to bite some people in the arse now isn't it.
I'm personally glad we don't have as many players as Bart, Pease or Seawright. There is actually grass around the baskets.
For people who are serious and want to play for big ace pots, get your lazy arses up and play Sun morning. If your playing a tournament somewhere, then your already playing for money. Wed nights are a league for fun and freindship, and if your not having fun there is a buttload of other course's that you can go and try to get them to raise their entries so ......oh...nevermind...where's my blood pressure medicine?

Chris I feel your pain. It saddens me to see trash out on the course in RR, didn't you talk last year about having each group carry a bag, who ever was BOB had to tote the bag till the next hole?

It's not right to have the entire responsiblity for course maintance fall on the league players but, they are the ones who would care the most.

As far as WEENIE ARM golfers (I hear you calling me out) I just can't make that afternoon trafic to play at the ROCK. (F'n Dell and La Fronteira)

I'll continue to pick trash when I'm playing out at RR, (alot of it is blow over from the soccer fields... except for ALL the beer cans) and hopefully, someday talk the boss... I mean wife, into moving out to the suburbs with all you big arm/money players.
