oh , it does still hurt (my back)!! yes , i still plan on doing the bundle renewal!! I will mail a check out probably tomorrow in order to become a pdga affiliated club!! Then i will get their packet and coordinate the first bundle of renewals!! If anyone knows anybody that would like to be part of this first bundle , let them know!! I am thinking probably around the end of dec. or beginning of jan!! :D

count me in on the bundled renewal and I will get with the cabinet to re-imburse you $20 for the affiliation payment.

Update on the Rivery- All 18 baskets are still in, the city never pulled them and is very playable, city has been keeping up with it. Except for the red headed step child holes 1 and 2. If you play this course send spotters out on all holes that throw over the path, bikers are rampant out there.
I received approval from the city to redesign 7 holes. We will loose the following holes-1,2,3,10,12,13,and 18. Hole 4 will be #1 and #17 will be eighteen(no over the top shots). Where hole 3 sits now is where the parking lot and restrooms will be. I can't imagine parking and walking 100ft to the first hole, Me and V are starting the redesign today, what an awesome day(sorry Mike). I'll update all early next week. The goal-have the re-design done and playable by TX STATE PRO DUBS. :cool:

Have never played RR on a Wednesday (can't get out of work early enough). But since I'm off this week, I was thinking about joining ya'll for some disc golf this week.

Is the weekly mini open to all...or is it a league? What time do you tee off? Where do you meet? At Hole #1 or at one of the pavillions (which one)?

It is a league , however it is open to all!! there are 2 options for entry. You can do $2 ace pot and $1 club fee or you can do the $3 + $4 side bet totalling $7!! Everyone that normally plays the league has an established handicap !! We are also playing the winter course right now , which is a much shorter layout!!

we meet at new pavillion parking lot 3:30 start time near green #13

but the club fee is 2 dollars for non-members.
4 or 8 dollars total, great deal for some good golf and good fellowship.

and there will be food for after the round and you appear with your new rating to be lucky enough to start out -3. I am going to head out early and warm up so I can protect my tag :)

brandon and gene shoot -9 with handicapps. I still have # 1 the old man ran out of gas with 2 holes left to take it and LaLa had too many beers :D but she did win our card with her handicapp. I cant remember playing the course with no wind like yesterday

Edman wants to play around 3:00 hole 1 if not by 3:00 than 3:30 winter course hole 13. I will be heading south around 10:00 car shopping and than am going to try and play circle c ~12 and than over to seawright for use to be "drunk dubs" but with daylight savings it is "sloshy singles" ;)

Doc said after X-rays that my other ankle was shot, "ugly ankles" he says. I said "yeah no chit! You should try walking in these things!" He has me scheduled for an MRI this Friday then we schedule surgery...crutches for 3-4 weeks :mad:Oh I can't forget about my appt. with Spine Austin this Wed...will probably have an MRI on the back for herniated disc or discs, degenerative disc disease, whatever else I have wrong with my back, then.....surgery :confused: yeah Merry Freakin Christmas....scrooge olla yuze!! healthy golfers :(
