Great course, superbly maintained. Huge sign out front makes it very easy to find. Having an eatery and other activities available is excellent. The pro shop has lots of inventory at reasonable prices. This is one of my most frequented places to play.

I live in Northern Massachusetts and was in Augusta for work. While there I had the opportunity to play at Quarry Run. It was beautiful. There are open fields, challenging woods, and a combination of both at this course, plus a fully stocked pro shop with a variety of discs from different companies. The fee was reasonable given the quality of the course. If you ever find yourself in Central Maine, make a point of going here.

Simply a beautiful course with a nice variety of open and wooded holes. This course is about an hour from my home and will be well worth the trip on future visits.
This spectacular property has gentle elevation changes and is crisscrossed by stone walls, tractor trails, and open fields. One of the better features of the course layout is that many of the holes combine the woods and fields - teeing off through a fairly tight wooded area, but with an approach shot that comes out of the woods to the basket in a clearing. There are just as many open driving holes that require good placement as the hole winds into the woods. It all adds up to moderately challenging, risk/reward disc golf.
I played at the end of September (2010 just in case this is posted for a long while) and the owner had brand new hole signs that are going to be put up in the Spring. Even without them, the course was easy to follow by the map on the back of the score card.

I recently moved up to Maine, and so I have been exploring my new home's disc golf opportunities. While going to visit another course in Randolph, Maine, I found this place. Must say, I liked it even better than the course I had played previously! This is a well kept, quiet, peaceful course. Nice enough for the intermediate and up player. There are some good challenges on the course, and some nice driving opportunities. The owners are friendly, and the cost to play is very fair. While I'm reviewing this course in the summer, I will say I am eager to play it in the fall during the leaf season. I will be making this course a regular on my list of courses in my disc golf home state.
My only criticism of this course is the par. Call me old fashioned, but 54 should be the par score.
Thanks for the hospitality QUARRY RUN! I will be back soon and often!
