4.12 Appeals

- At PDGA Majors, the PDGA Director of Competition is by default the Chief Official (see 1.12.F). The PDGA Director of Competition can designate someone to act as the Chief Official in their place.
- At Elite Series events, the series' Tour Director is by default the Chief Official (see 1.12.F). The Tour Director can designate someone to act as the Chief Official in their place.
- Players may appeal rulings from a Tournament Official or Marshal to the Tournament Director, or a Tournament Director’s decision to the Chief Official. Disqualifications are solely the responsibility of the Tournament Director.
