Description

A lovely gem in the Parkland region of Manitoba. On a sprawling piece of land with great views of the Shell River Valley next to campground, washrooms, and food amenities. Long pants and good footwear recommended (especially in summer) to avoid ticks.

Directions

From Russell; 12 miles north on Hwy 83. Descend into the Shell River Valley. At the bottom of the hill before the bridge turn right (sign for Asessippi Beach and Campground). Go a quarter of a mile to a left into the campground. Stop and check in at the Food Booth.
