The Disc Golf Pro Tour continues its path eastward with the next stop in Clearwater, MN for the Preserve Championship. Designed by Prodigy Discs Co-founder, Cale Leiviska, the beautiful, sprawling course is as picturesque as it is challenging. For the DGPT Elite Series event, both divisions will be playing the Black Bear course layout. The MPO will play a Par-65 10,806-ft layout, and the FPO a Par-66 9,874-ft one.

Kristin Tattar had been waiting on, working toward and dreaming about the moment.

When it presented itself on Sunday afternoon during an epic battle down the stretch with Paige Pierce at the 39th Annual Discraft Great Lakes Open, Tattar seized it.

“That was the only way,” Tattar told the Disc Golf Network. “When I saw the disc coming out of my hand, I knew it was going in.”

It was clear and sunny skies for the second round of the Discraft Great Lakes Open, and many players in both pro divisions took advantage of it.

Round 1 of the Discraft Great Lakes Open had as many ups and downs as the Toboggan course itself.

Rain came through the early rounds for the MPO division, making some days a little more wet than others. As the feature MPO cards and FPO players came through, however, we had clear skies and just some damp landing zones.
