WGE Tournament Director Information
The 2026 WGE will be held from May 15 - 25.
The 2026 WGE will now incorporate two full weekends to accommodate busy schedules and with the hope that every woman and girl get the chance to play. Check out our article announcing what's new this year!
How to Host a WGE
- Simply hold your event between May 15 - 25, 2026 and include "WGE" in the name of the event. By including "WGE" in the title of your event, you're agreeing to follow all the guidelines for WGE events.
- Set up tournament registration for your Women's Global Event on Disc Golf Scene. From there, you can check a box in your event settings to waive the $15 temporary member fee for non-members playing in F-divisions.
- You must offer all PDGA junior, professional and amateur women's divisions at your event (exceptions being junior only event, am only event, etc.-- include every F division for your event).
- The event must be at least two rounds and each layout must have at least three propagators participating. Note: junior divisions age 12 and under will have only one round included in the overall PDGA Women’s Global Event. If they play multiple rounds, only their first round will count to the Global leaderboard.
- You must submit your event report to the PDGA within 24 hours of the event so that the global event can be finalized.
- For additional event details please read the Women's Global Event FAQs. If you still have questions, reach out to Event Support.
2026 TD Info
- The PDGA will not be offering player packs in the PDGA Pro Shop.
- The PDGA will be providing each TD with 2026 WGE pins to use as part of their player pack (reserve your pins)!
- The WGE subcommittee of the PDGA Women's Committee has put together a list of WGE Partners who have discounted rates to WGE TDs for their WGE event! This gives TDs the opportunity to create their own custom player pack, choosing exactly what they want to have and at a discounted rate.
- New branding guide and logo are available for TDs to download, to further their ability to create anything they can imagine to have a unique player pack for their event. Questions about using the new WGE logo? Reach out to our branding team.
