My wife and I played the course June 30, 2017 (scored +2). If you're not familiar with the new design as of 2017 you can still parking lots 11, 12 or 13 in the upper section at Snowmass Village gain access to the Aspen ski company service road by walking from the parking lots uphill on Carriage Way until the pavement ends just behind the Top of the Village Condominiums. Take the dirt road left behind the condos you will pass over under or through an Aspen Ski Company controlled gate which may or may not be open to accommodate maintenance and construction projects taking place during spring and summer months. After passing through the gate take the right fork of the main service road known as Dawdler Road, and begin the strenuous 20 minute hike uphill. At fork in Dawdler go left towards tipi (right will take you to bottom of Sam's Knob Chairlift). You will pass basket #8 on left and arrive at a large fishing pond. The road forks again here go left, right will take you up to top of Coney Glade Chairlift. Continue on the road until you see the tee pad for #11. The footpath to tee #1 will be a few yards uphill of tee #11. Take this trail uphill about 300 yards and into an Aspen grove where you will discover a Mammoth standing next to tee #1. Disc golfers happily share this area with downhill/enduro bikers, naturalists, Aspen Ski Company employees and construction workers. Certain local guide companies are also operating on the mountain.
