I played this course on a chilly wet day in early May. This is a 9-hole course, all of them par 3 except one par 4. The hole lengths range from 240 to 389 feet. As a beginner, these were all playable holes, meaning that I could get par (which I mostly didn't ;). There is a small parking lot at the beginning of the course, look for the Disc Golf sign, the first tee is to the left of the sign a little up the hill. There were course maps at the first tee. It was easy to follow the course from hole to hole with the map (which you can also find and print online at the Indiana County Parks pages). Without a map, you might be wandering around a bit. There is a sign at each tee, but no other markings, pad, rocks, etc. to identify exactly where the tee is. I am appreciative of the county parks administration and staff who installed and maintain the course. I will definitely play the course again. I rated this a 3 because it is only 9 holes and they are mostly easy, but for a beginner, I would give it a 4.

Unfortunately, this course is unplayable during the peak disc golf season because of the bugs (mosquitos and gnats). We have tried multiple times to play it - on cool mornings, after long dry stretches, on hot days - but never get through more than 5 holes before getting that panicky feeling like we are being attacked by bugs. The course is short and fairly open, and none of the holes are very challenging. It might be a nicer course in the fall or early spring, though we have made a decision to never go back. It's unfortunate because it's a nice setting, and the course could be better (longer, better marked, better paths between holes) with some planning and some effort. Oh, by the way, yes - we have also tried bug spray - it doesn't work with these critters!
