The PDGA is pleased to announce the launching of its new online course directory. This new directory utilizes all the functionality of Drupal and we think you will like the end result. You can access the course directory from the main navigation menu or by visiting http://pdga.com/course_directory

European Men & American Women “Finn-ish” 1-2 at the European Open

Team Latitude’s Jesper Lundmark and 3 time reigning World Champ Val Jenkins both overcame early deficits to win the PDGA Major Titles in Tampere Finland today. In the process Latitude 64, whose discs Jesper recently switched to, became the 3rd manufacturer to have a team player win a Major event.

SC Nationals Day 1

The rain finally stopped as dawn broke on the first Super Class Nationals hosted at Lemon Lake in NW Indiana. There was a nip in the air calling for some long sleeves as the players prepared to tackle the first 24-hole layout dubbed "Japan" (the full White course with a circle of Red holes in the middle). Some old school players like Pete Fust of New Mexico and David Greenwell of Kentucky were ready to take on some new school players like Taylor Sears of Oklahoma and Dave Shaw from the Lemon Lake area.

Americans Move Up On Moving Day

Saturday is known as moving day in golf and no one made a bigger move at the European Open in Finland today than Ken Climo. The Champ played a golden round, birdieing the first 5 holes and the last 4 en route to a course record 12 down 1080 rated 48. Kenny only slipped up once when his fairly routine approach on #14 was a little short and he failed to cash the elevated basket from 23’. KC moved from 6th to 3rd, and now sits two back of co-leaders 2008 World Champ Dave Feldberg and 2008 Scandinavian Open Champ Jesper Lundmark.
