New Leaders
There are new leaders at the midway point in Massachusetts, but the 2024 Disc Golf Pro Tour - MVP Open presented by OTB is far from over.
Both divisions had three-way ties after the first run through beloved Maple Hill with the field right behind them. FPO has a little separation, which doesn't mean much in Leichester, but MPO is still a logjam behind the new two co-leaders.

Kristin Tattar dropped an 8-under round — tied for the best of the day with Holyn Handley — to jump out to a three-stroke lead through two rounds of the four-round DGPT Playoff event, the final one of the 2024 season.
Tattar went bogey-free to jump three spots into the solo lead. She was one stroke back after the first round, which ended with a three-way tie. Missy Gannon is still bogey-free at Maple Hill and is in solo second place with an 8-under total. Ohn Scoggins and Natalie Ryan will round out the lead card at 7-under.
Handley leads the chase card at 6-under after her stellar day, which included 18-of-19 fairway hits, to jump 12 spots with her 1030-rated round.
There's still no outright leader in MPO but the names at the top are different.
Aaron Gossage went 10-under round to climb five spots into a tie for the lead with Ricky Wysocki, who jumped three spots. They sit with a 15-under total and a one-stroke lead over Corey Ellis, who had the hot round of the day at 11-under — a 1084-rated day.
Ezra Robinson keeps his spot on the lead card with a 5-under round. He's in a tie for fourth with Gannon Buhr, just two strokes out of the lead.
With 36 holes to go, eight players are within four strokes of the new leaders.
