Here we go.

Just a few weeks ahead of the kickoff of the 2022 Disc Golf Pro Tour, the official pro tour of the PDGA, disc golf action returns this weekend for the 2022 All-Star Weekend, an exhibition set in sunny Arizona.

Twenty-four of the top finishers from the 2021 DGPT season are set to get you primed up for 2022 with this unique showcase. The weekend includes a player draft for team, a skills challenge, singles and doubles competition at a temporary course set at the El Conquistador Resort in Tucson, home of the 2021 Arizona State Championship.

The event will follow a modified Ryder Cup format. Both the MPO and FPO divisions will be split into two teams, via a snake draft, and players will be seeded by their 2021 DGPT final standing.

• Captains will assign players to each skill competition with two players per skill, which includes putting, shot shaping accuracy and accurate distance.
• FPO will compete at 3 p.m. ET and MPO at 6 p.m. ET on Friday exclusively on DGN.

Doubles

• Captains will select three doubles pairs from their team. Pairs are seeded by lowest seed after both the player's individual seeds are combined and they will compete (best disc) against the corresponding seed on the opposing team.
• FPO will compete at 10 a.m. ET and MPO at 2:30 p.m. ET on Saturday exclusively on DGN

• Seeds play their corresponding opponents (1-6 plus wildcards).
• Head-to-head wins will be worth one point
