This spreadsheet is useful for day-of operations in areas without internet or cellular service, but all layouts, assignments, players, and scores must be inputted into Tournament Manager and submitted online. Learn more about Tournament Manager here.

For event directors that do not have access to a computer or are not able to work with spreadsheets, please find another member of your tournament staff that can handle event configuration, results entry and completing the reporting requirements. The PDGA is not able to accept reports in any format other than the online Tournament Manager.

The League Report Spreadsheet is a tool for clubs to track the results of a league automatically, and following submission, each member will be able to view the results on the event page on PDGA.com.  This simplified event report is an Excel spreadsheet, and will track names and scores for easy uploading to the website.  This spreadsheet also allows for more detailed stats such as hole-by-hole scores, win/loss record and more for the dedicated and statistic-loving League Directors.

The Summary Tab is optional for TDs to track payouts etc. It is not needed by the PDGA Office for importing.
