Speaking of shocks, we had an earthquake yesterday, a 5.1 on the Richter Scale. The epicenter was in Plattsburgh, NY. It did minor damage up there, broke glass, busted up a few roads, knocked down one bridge, but here in Saratoga (100 miles from the epicenter) it just woke everybody up early. It was freaky, I heard the wood beams in my house creak and squeek, the bed was shaking about 6 inches, and it kept on going for about 30 or 45 seconds. It was the worst earthquake I ever was in, and the longest.

Nothing like the ones they have out west though. Not even close!
