Description

The Oaks gets its name from the plentiful 100-year-old oaks that blanket the course. The par-3 disc golf course is designed to complement the natural terrain of north Escondido. Greens, water features, and course turns create a fun, challenging disc-throwing experience. It is gentle enough for beginners but advanced disc golfers looking for a casual round will also enjoy it. Scenic oaks line the fairways and a meandering stream crosses through the golf course, providing water hazards on a few holes.

Directions

From San Diego: Take I-15 North, exit #37 (Deer Springs Rd). Turn right at the end of the ramp, then an immediate left onto Champagne Blvd. Welk Resort is three miles ahead on the right. From Temecula: Take I-15 South, exit #41 (Gopher Canyon Road). Turn left at the end of the ramp, then an immediate right onto Champagne Blvd. (Old Hwy 395). Welk Resort is 1.5 miles ahead on the left.
