Warriors Path State Park - Lakefront

Course Reviews
Warriors Path DGC in Kingsport is an outstanding course. Mostly wooded holes with lots of terrain changes. There are long pins and short pins on each hole. The baskets are moved on occasion by locals so if you go there and the baskets are in the short positions, make sure you go back and check out the long positons at another time. In addition to this, you can choose between playing Holes 1-18 or all 27 holes! If you like a good mix of short/long and wooded/open holes, this is the course for you. There are some absolute tunnel shots as well as a couple moderately open bomber holes. I have also heard that the original layout of this course was designed in part by the father of disc golf, "Steady" Ed. So this course in addition to being a fun yet challenging course, has a ton of history! If you want to see this course on video (Holes 1-18) check out my crew's video here...

Great woodsy course in a well maintained older park that has aged well. Bringing the map will help any navigation issues (like #1 to #2).
This is my favorite course. It has all the different types of holes but only 3-4 longer holes so it's not very challenging for pros but not to challenging for beginners. Definitely worth playing
great course, with lotsa woods...my only complaint is that there are too many short holes, a seasoned player should expect to score well here...a nice place to take a beginner...24 holes doesn't hurt either...worth the drive and any visitors to the area looking for a place to play, this is a great spot...
This was one of the finest trips I have ever taken. This course is spectacular.
Nice variety of long,short,up,down,right,left,open,trees.
If you are in the area, play this course. It doesn't hurt that the park it is in has a number of amenities.

This is an amazing park with all the elements needed for a great course! I've played in Wisconsin, California, Texas & Florida and I have to say Warrirors is one of my favorite courses ever. Definitely come through if passing by and play the front 19 OG layout. There are multiple courses as well that you can play to allow different difficulties. LakeFront would be playing off the OG layout with 18. This is great for amateurs and pros with a difficulty of 3 out of 5 in my mind. The Cliffside layout is a fun new addition to the park along a cliffside looking over the lake headed into the woods. This is a bit harder but super fun and my favorite so far.
