Love this long winder. Architect had their game on with this. Nice mixture of very tight to wide open fairways. Agree with the previous commenter (4 years ago) as it is still the same.

This is a good course with definite potential to be great. The front nine offers several holes that demand precision and power, most of all #2. The course opens up on the back nine and gives some opportunity for stronger arms to make up strokes they might have given up on the front. Overall the course is fairly well maintained though it can get a little muddy in some of the holes near the creek (to be expected). When I was out there a couple days ago, there was work being done to replace the rubber tee boxes with concrete which will greatly improve the course. The only other work that needs to be done is to add some benches here and there and maybe some trashcans as well as provide better direction to the next hole. If those changes are put in, it could be one of the better courses in the state.

Pros:
Long course (over 7000 feet, 2 holes over 600)
Well maintained
Variety of wooded and open holes
Located in a nice park

Cons:
Possible interaction with park visitors (No signs for walkers to notify them of course)
Some long walks in between holes
No benches, trashcans near tee boxes
Some tee box improvement still required.
