2026 Early Sign-Up Membership Promotion

As the PDGA moves into the 2026 membership season, we wanted to offer an extra incentive to signing up early for your 2026 PDGA Membership.

Reminder: Joining or renewing your membership after October 1 automatically makes your membership valid until the end of the following year. So, those that signed up on or after October 1, 2025 are automatically active through December 31, 2026.

Here are the details for our 2026 Early Sign-Up Membership Promotion:

Eligibility

• All individuals who join or renew their PDGA membership for the 2026 season before December 31, 2025 will be automatically entered into the giveaway.*
• Only one entry per individual 2026 membership will be counted, regardless of the number of membership years purchased or renewed. Memberships purchased on behalf of another individual are eligible.
• PDGA staff, Board members, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. State, provincial, and country coordinators are not eligible to win. 

*Eagle Club and HoF members are also eligible for receiving the drawing, provided they are an active member for the 2026 membership year. Members who previously purchased memberships for multiple years and are active through 2026 are also eligible.

Selection and Notification

• A random drawing will be conducted by PDGA staff no later than January 15, 2026.
• The PDGA will select 50 total winners.
• Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their PDGA membership or mail-in entry.
• Winners must respond within 14 calendar days of notification to confirm shipping details. Failure to respond within the time frame may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
• International recipients will be responsible for handling VATs and other taxes associated. International recipients will also have the option to decline the price should they choose not to receive the package.

Prize Details

• Each winner will receive one (1) PDGA Membership Promo Box, which will include PDGA-branded items such as discs, towels, pins, stickers, and other assorted merchandise.
• The PDGA IDGC Manager and Operations department will determine the value of the promotional boxes.
• Exact contents and total value will vary and are not exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
• PDGA reserves the right to substitute items of comparable value based on inventory availability.

Data Management

• The PDGA Membership Manager will generate a list of all qualifying transactions from the PDGA membership database covering the eligible dates.
• Mail-in entries will be logged manually into a shared tracking document created by the IDGC Manager and maintained by the PDGA Membership Manager.
• The combined list will serve as the official entry pool for the drawing.
• All personal information collected through entries will be used solely for administration of this program and in accordance with PDGA’s privacy policy.

Alternate Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)

Individuals may also enter the giveaway without a membership transaction by submitting a written entry via mail.

To enter without joining or renewing their membership, individuals may submit a handwritten postcard containing the following information:
