2026 USADGC gets going at Toboggan

Thursday, June 4, 2026 - 11:13

Two groups of players will compete for PDGA Major titles on the famed Toboggan course this year: Those competing in the 24th running of the United States Amateur Disc Golf Championship this weekend and, in August, the best players in the world at the 2026 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships.

It's going to test every single one of them.

For the 24th time, the USADGC heads to Kensington Metropark in Milford, Michigan and action kicks off Friday for the three-round PDGA Major.

148 of the top amateur players are set to compete on the rolling hills and thick rough of the Toboggan track, which was created in 2000 for Pro Worlds and became the home course of the USADGC in 2002. The track, which is usually only available for a short window each year, typically hosts the long-running Discraft Great Lakes Open, which will be replaced this year by Pro Worlds.

Gavin Rathbun tees off at the 2016 USADGC.

With an average rating of 961, players representing 31 states, as well as Ontario, Canada, will look to join an elite list of previous winners and history at the USADGC. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Gavin Rathbun's playoff win over Adam Hammes and Izak McDonald.
