Well maintained course. Pay the pole at hole 1 to keep it that way. Good mix of short and long. Somehow, my first time out here I shoot -1 and the next 10 times I cannot get below +6. There is definitely trouble off the fairway with thick mesquite, cactus and ash juniper.
