Description

The very scenic Shengze Lake Yueji Rose Park disc golf course is in the north of Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province - about 25 minutes west of Shanghai by bullet train. Hole lengths vary from 50m to 220m in length. There are deep lakes and canals with steep banks in play on many holes. Swimming is NOT allowed - throw carefully to avoid losing discs. Lower level players may wish to move the tee to a safer location. There are many roses in the park - often in quite densely planted gardens. Be careful if recovering discs from inside a rose garden. SAFETY NOTE: Areas of the park may have other park visitors playing and picnicking depending on the weather and the season. It is very important that players keep bystander safety in mind at all times. Stop and wait to throw if other park users are in the fairway or even off the fairway with any risk that they could be hit by an errant disc. It may also be necessary to skip some holes (perhaps to come back later) if bystanders are on or nearby some fairways.
