Description

A nice disc golf course at a city park/campground along the banks of the Mississippi. Free and open to the public. The course features short holes, a few long holes, a swampy water hazard, and lots of trees to challenge. In early spring, sections may be water-logged and unplayable. Several holes on the front 9 are near rustic campground sites - these holes should be avoided on busy camping weekends.

Directions

From the intersection of Hwys 14 & 61 on Winona's west end; go north on Pelzer St. toward the Mississippi River. Pelzer becomes Riverview Dr. Turn left onto Prairie Island Rd. Go one mile to Prairie Island Campground/Park on the right. 1st tee is just west the campground shower/rest room building.
