Rolling hills, elevated shots, up hill shots, tunnel shots, long bombs, strategy is definitely going to be a tool in your bag if you want to finish under par here such a great course with just enough challenge to keep the round interesting but not too hard as to make some rage quit!

This course offers a wide variety of challenges which makes the course always exciting to play. Each hole offers something different to make the course very unique. There are good changes to elevation on many of the holes to offer a good challenge to players who are used to playing on flat courses. My favorite hole is number 4 because of the length and difficulty because it plays as an island hole. If you have the opportunity, you won't want to miss out on playing this course.

La Mirada's back 18 has some significant elevation with a healthy collection of large trees for much of the grassy area of the course. It has some decent length in one section. Some folks like the narrow fairway holes between the parking lot and street (and baseball field) section - some do not.....
