Description

On sections of the high school's Cross Country trails. Tees for this Eagle Scout project are on the side of the trail with baskets off the trail. A few lanes need to be thrown through the trees but no tough underbrush to deal with. The trail makes this an excellent course for folks with footing issues or those with a jogging stroller.
Course was expanded to 18 holes in 2025 using 8 of the original 9 holes and adding 10 new holes that continue on the ski trails and then loops around the school back to the parking lot. New OB is incorporated into the layout to provide more challenge for seasoned players without making it too difficult on beginners.

Directions

New Glenn Hwy; Hiland Exit.Go east towards the mountains to a left at the first stop light on Wolf Den Dr., 0.25 mile to a right into the first Eagle River High School driveway. Left into first parking lot and park anywhere near the 2 parking spots designated for Trail Users.
