Update to Tour Standards: X-Tier Events

The 2022 Tour Standards have been updated to v11 with section D.2 renamed from “Experimental Events” to “X-Tier Events (XM, XA, XB, XC, etc.)”. 

The purpose of this update is to clarify that an X designation is used for a variety of reasons and has never necessarily meant that an event’s rounds are unrated. If a player is unsure about the reason for an X designation on an event, reach out to the Event Director or the PDGA Event Support Team for clarification.
