2025 PDGA Champions Cup Registration Schedule

2025 PDGA Champions Cup Presented by OTB & MVP Disc Sports Registration Schedule v1.1 (Subject to Change)

• In all cases a player must be both a current 2025 PDGA member and a Certified Official with an expiration date after May 5 to be able to register. If you are not a 2025 current PDGA member and/or not a Certified Official with an expiration date after May 5, you will not be able to register.
• Invitees are subject to all eligibility requirements per Competition Manual 1.01, and nothing in an invitation shall be construed to create the right of the recipient to participate in this event.
• Spots are held in each division for any eligible invitees to register through February 5th ONLY. If not registered prior to the opening of the second tier of registration on Feb 5th at 10:30 PM Eastern, the spot is released.

Registration tiers open at 10:30 PM Eastern on the date indicated. If you live in a time zone other than Eastern, be sure to adjust accordingly. (Note: Eastern time is UTC -5 hours until - March 9 when Daylight Savings Time starts at which time Eastern time is then UTC -4 hours.)

• Wednesday, January 22 – Champions Cup invitations are emailed to invitees.
• Wednesday, January 29 at 10:30 PM Eastern – Tier 1 registration opens for one week to all qualified invitees.
• Wednesday, February 5 at 10:30 PM Eastern– Tier 2 registration opens for one week for all MPO players with a player rating of 1020 or higher, and all FPO players with a player rating of 940 or higher.
• Wednesday, February 12 at 10:30 PM Eastern – Tier 3 registration opens for one week for all MPO players with a player rating of 1015 or higher, and all FPO players with a player rating of 920 or higher.
• Wednesday, February 19 at 10:30 PM Eastern – Tier 4 registration opens for all MPO players with a player rating of 1000 or higher, and all FPO players with a player rating of 890 or higher.
• Wednesday, April 16 at 10:30 PM – Registration closes, waitlists are closed. Drops are backfilled from the waitlists through April 28.

Other Important Dates:

• Tuesday, April 1 – Division sizes adjusted, unfilled spots in the 160-player field are released to accommodate players on the waitlist.
• Tuesday, April 1 – Any non-rewarded PDGA Reserved Berths will be made available at Monday Qualifying.
• Monday, April 28 – Monday qualifying
• Tuesday, April 29 – Divisional Fields are Final. Any players still on the waitlist are refunded, there are no replacements for drops once the waitlists are refunded.
• Wednesday, April 30 at 5pm Pacific – Tee times are posted
• Thursday, May 1 8:00 AM Pacific Time – Play begins.
