2020 PDGA Pro Worlds (MPO & FPO) Registration Schedule

In all cases a registrant must be both a current 2020 PDGA member and a certified official through June 20, 2020 in order to be able to register.

In order to qualify for the first three registration tiers, you must have received an invite based on the final February 2020 Ratings Update for 2019 events and have had a rated round during 2019.

Defending 2019 World Champions in MPO and FPO, as well as MA1 and FA1 (if they turned Pro), will have their spot held until Friday, May 29. If not registered by that date, their spot is released.

New in 2020 for Pro Worlds: Players must be at least 900 rated to play MPO.

All registration tiers open at 12:01 AM Eastern on the date indicated (Early Friday Morning.)

Friday, February 21 – Pro Worlds invite list is posted on pdga.com

Friday, March 6 – Pro Worlds invitations are emailed to invitees. Invitation packets are sent via USPS only to those current invitees without an email address.

Friday, March 20 – Registration opens for two weeks to invited Male players rated 1000 or higher and invited Female players rated 900 or higher. Waitlists will be maintained as necessary.

Friday, April 3 – Registration opens for three weeks to invited Male players rated 985 or higher and invited Female players rated 850 or higher. Waitlists will be maintained as necessary.

Friday, April 24 – Registration opens for three weeks to invited Male players rated 970 or higher and invited Female players rated 825 or higher. Waitlists will be maintained as necessary.

Friday, May 15 - Registration opens for two weeks to all Pro class PDGA members (MPO requires a rating of at least 900.). Waitlists will be maintained as necessary.

Friday, May 29 – Registration opens for one week to all current Amateur Males with a rating of 970 or higher and all current Amateur Females with a rating of 825 or higher. Waitlists for filled divisions are continued with any qualified Pro or Amateur registrants.

Friday, June 5 – Registration closes, waitlists are closed.

Monday, June 8 – Player Pools are posted.

Friday, June 12 – Divisional Fields and Player Pools are Final. Any players still on the waitlist are refunded. Dropped spaces after this date will NOT be filled.

PDGA World Championships registration is handled by the PDGA Office. Please direct any registration related questions to the PDGA Tour Manager, NOT the Worlds Tournament Director.
