Legacy Discs presents the 2015 Halloween Classic, PDGA B-Tier which takes place just outside of Las Vegas, NV. Paul Ulibarri took the lead during the opening round shooting very well in the extremely windy conditions. Saturday's conditions proved to be perfect for scoring and many of our top players did just that.
