See Wise. Thank's to you and Duff I've been fired and replaced by a new and improved version. :(
You and Duff's bag tag perks have officially been revoked due to overuse of mouth.
You broke my heart Fredo.

I was on time BtHd. You and Duff don't know crap other than what you both wear on your faces.
Next months schedule will read 5:50 sign up, 6:15 tee just for you two though. Your bag tag priv's are still cancelled. Consider it a donation to Furdog's Vodka Fund. :p

Well 10% on top of the ace pot last week would have been $10 and would have paid for a tag but the guy who hit it didn't have a tag. And if you had stuck around after the mini, you would have got one of the new TDSA minis for free like Muffhead.
With 100 tags available the most money I can raise is $1000 IF I sell them all. Out of that I have to deduct my cost on the tags and if you noticed they are Supercolor on both sides, not hot stamped or some cheap piece of metal with a sticker on it, and the great fellow novice DG'er in Arkansas who made them for me could not afford to do them cheaply which I understand and I appreciate his work. :)
Never the less I believe that a bag tag at $10 should be worth something more vs paying $15 with the promise of a possible BT tourney, as in 2008, that never happened.
Therefore for starters, at CS25 there will be a DGA Golden Mini basket (an $84 value) drawing or CTP specifically for BACK STAGE PASS holders only. There will also be $ discounts on merchandise like the t-shirts. And these arent the cheap One and Done shirts like that one guy handed out that one year either and unlike previous years, YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A PLAYER TO BE ELIGBLE TO WIN!!! Just show up with your tag and hang out if you want because LilMoose doesnt play but Im counting on her to bring home that basket to the MooseLodge. Other drawings and give aways are subject to my discretion and the TD love I receive so when you trash me you screw yourself. :p
Its not my fault that you as a Pro cant hit an ace on the little pitch & putt you gripe so much about. :o
I will try to have a bag tag challenge later this year but with all the events going on there are no promises because anything I offer with these tags is above and beyond what those other two old farts could come up with. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif :D

WHY DON'T YOU GO TALK TO YOUR "DONKEY" DADDY ABOUT RESULTS OF HIS $15 BAG TAGS WITH NO TOURNEY LAST YEAR????? :o
I KNOW YOU BOTH SPLIT THE MONEY AND ARE IN-COHOOTS ON LINING YOUR POCKETS LIKE AIG!!!!
EVERYTIME I SHOW UP FOR AN ADMIN MEETING YOU'RE ALWAYS THERE LOOKING FOR A $ BAILOUT OF SOME KIND. :o
I HAVE YET TO SCREW ANYBODY OVER YET BUT STILL I'M ACCUSED OUT RIGHT BEFORE I'VE EVEN DONE ANYTHING. MANY HAVE COME AND DONE DIRTY DEEDS BEFORE BUT THEIR NAMES ONLY ECHO IN THE BACK OF SMOKE FILLED VEHICLES AND PM'S WHERE THE REAL TRUTH HIDES.
PEOPLE ASK ME ABOUT LAST YEARS BAG TAG DEAL AS IF I KNEW SOMETHING ABOUT IT BUT I DON'T OTHER THAN THE DONKEY WAS NICE ENOUGH TO DONATE TWO TAGS TO CS AT WHICH POINT THEY WERE GIVEN AWAY AT THE ROF.
ARE YOU NOT THE "DONKEY'S" WIFE OR ARE JUST AS I SUSPECT, THE "DONKEY BUTT"!!!!
AS LONG AS YOU CONTINUE TO CARRY TWO BAG TAGS YOU ARE OUT OF ANY BT TOURNEY I DO IN THE FUTURE AND THAT IS TOO BAD BECAUSE YOU MIGHT HAVE HAD A CHANCE SINCE PEOPLE LIKE THE "DONKEY", MITCHELL, CODA, AND OTHERS HAVE YET TO BUY A TAG. WITHOUT THEM IN IT, YOU COULD HAVE BEEN A CONTENDER. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

we all know that ratings are flawed
I quit bagging in novice after 6 months of playing tournaments, more likely to see me in the open div. nowadays, paying my dues and learning something instead of taking newbies plastic from them
I've been insulted and DEMAND A RETRACTION
Lucky that I don't modify the mods about this personal attack, and remember that prices are subject to change at anytime :p

Devon Owens # 5
Chris Hicks # 12
Bill Pennington # 22
Mitch Mac # 66
Daryl Johnson # 98
That's five right there that own you and I didn't even list the other possibilities.
The only time you would ever see # 1 would be as it passed by on someone elses bag. :o
It will be released in due time.

What ever. OSU is still sucking hind tit. The best team they have had for years couldn't beat the worst team OU has had in years. If there were ever a time that OSU should have throttled OU, it was yesterday and they still couldn't get it done.:o Hell,, they couldn't even score a point.
Sucks that OU was their spoiler, but it would have sucked worse having to listen to Duff all year long.:D

Well Stoops is headed to Notre Dame and hopefully Gundy will find a junior assistant job at some D3 school..
I agree, if we were going to beat them, this looked like a good chance. OSU seemed totally flat and uninspired. It was like they heard some really bad news just as they were leaving the locker room.
Oh well, I never base my happiness on O States success, I would probably would have killed myself by now if that were the case..
But hey, another National Championship for the Cowboys, Cross Country champs, lets see you beat that Sooners:)

Funny, I guess this is the only game that is important to OU anymore. Since you are the whipping boys on the road I guess winning this one was really a big deal.
Beaten like a drum by the mighty BYU, Miami, Nebraska and oh yeah, Texas Tech.
I remember when OSU didn't care if they won a single game except OU. Now the tables have turned, your only claim to fame is beating a ranked OSU team.
Forget the fact that you're 7 and 5, headed to maybe the Sun Bowl. Nice job, great season.
I hope the incredible level of football OU played this year will continue forever.

Dave, I am glad to see you taking on Hinds cause because he surely needs the help.
I always wait for the poor OU fan to fall into this trap. I love to see your canned questions about when was the last time we won a national chanpionship in football, how many big 12 championships do we have blah blah blah.
Because it is at this time the crushing blow is delivered:
OSU national championships - 49!!
OU national championships - 25
So, as soon as the Sooner losers win another 24 national championships, come see me.
Until then, pipe down and get ready for another mediocre football record in 2010.
Hindsight
Nov 30 2009, 06:36 PM
so what are you going to do without 22 seniors next year, OU will be back and everybody knows this. The only reason we care about this game is so we don't have to listen to the crap spew from OSU fans mouths. Now they can just bite their lip. People are still coming after Bob, half your fans want Gumby gone !!!
Admit we are big brother and move on. I am going to enjoy watching your team trip all over themselves with no exp. next year. Oh and btw Texas Tech is the ONLY team that kicked are tail. Lets see you man up and go down and play Miami. ORANGE COWARDS......

Nov 30 2009, 08:06 PM
I have to agree with ESPN. Gundy has never beaten Stoops and I doubt he ever will.
That can also be said for most of our players. Les Miles beat Stoops twice in a row, including at Norman. Since then it has been all down hill.
If you read one of my first post, I mentioned Gundy getting job at a D3 school somewhere.
I also think that after the loss to Tech, the ou coaches "challenged" the ou players, which to me says if you think practice sucked this week, just get beat by OSU and see what happens.
Whatever they did worked.

Just drop it because OK had nothing going in football this year so now if I want to be true to the Big 12 I'm forced to become a Texas fan during the BCS bowls. :(
If I were to base a school's greatness based on the high character of those that support it I would vote OSU because of people like Treat, Slack, Hicks, & Mendoza.
Unfortunately character has nothing to do with a tradition of winning so when it comes to state football I'm forced to back OU and throw my lot in with people of low character like Wise and Hinds.

Okay, Okay........
Lets see now, OSU does have 32 NT's of its total 48 for wrestling against OU's 6, you can have bragging rights on that. Not a fun sport, designed for those that can't make the FB team, and guys that like squeezing other guys, you can have that one.:o
Gymnastics, we have this one with 8 to your 0, I almost wish that were the other way around. This was created as a sport so that you and your woman can have bonding time in front of the TV on a Saturday afternoon. This one is equal to figure skating.
Cross County, you win at 2-0. What ever, this is a hobby, not a sport. So your guys can run further than the next guy before crapping his shorts? Does anyone even watch these?
Equestrian - OSU 1-0 Again another hobby, my horse is better than your horse, I can rope that calf better than you. Plain and simple, equestrian is a sport for the rich little girls, so they can take their horse with them to school.
Now for the top 4 sports, lucky for you I include golf, but we'll have to rank it 4th in the list for the fact you can drink alchohol and be totaly unfit and still be a success. How can that be considered athleticism?
1. Football, pure domination on this one with a record of 7-0 against OSU!
2. Basketball, that one is all yours at 2 against 0, but you haven't had one in over 63 years.
3. Baseball, we're on top in this one 2-1. I'm not a baseball fan, so I don't care.
4. Golf, you win this one 10-1 but like I said above, if a fat drunk can play it, can it be a sport? I think you win this for the just on the amount of alchohol that is comsumed in Stillwater. With 4 years of practice under their belt, these guys are ready for Pro Golf.
Ou wins in the top 3 REAL SPORTS 9-3 but If I give you the golf, you come out ahead 13-10.
I will cheer on OSU at every chance I get, until they are against OU. I'm a fan of all Okalhoma colleges. Its just for Bedlam football, I'm pretty one sided.
I will have to agree with FurDog however about the quality of peole from OSU. Most are great people to be around.

On another note, Rotan called me yesterday to select the dates for the Centennial Cup. Looks like this year we'll do it May 1st, right after Chandler Stock. It will be a one day event. As some of you may see from the updated 2010 schedule, I have also selected the weekend of the USDGC to host a 64 man match play.
This will be like the first two years I ran them. Many of you were not around when these were done. You'll just have to ask some of the other players what it was like. You may even see a few left over shirts around that say "One and Done" and the trophies and payout were top notch. Not sure if the club is going to do tags or if I will use ratings to rank the brackets. I like the idea of tags.
If the club does not want to take it on, I will. If I do it, it will be like before. I will donate a large share to overall course maintinance and the rest to payout. The first two years, I was able to donate $500 each year to the club.
I will spend the rest of December putting it together and announce it sometime in Jan or Feb. I'm probably looking forward to running this event more than any other.
This will not be a 6 hole match play. You will play all 18 holes against your match. Rounds will start very early each day as it will take 6 matches to crown a champion and we will use 4 courses.
For those eliminated in the first round, I will have a losers bracket of 32 to crown the winner of the losers.
It WILL be another one of my events with some added value, great payout and a huge amount of fun.
If we do tags, I will sell them for $15 and it will cost $10 to get into the tournament. I will also try and track the tags as I did before and post who has what. Hard to do but not impossible.

Dave, you should try and make it to the meeting next Monday as the discussion about membership tags is currently on the table. Lots of good idea's being passed around so maybe we can work together. furdog, do you even remember what a date is like? and your late night ventures into the woods of chandler do not count as dates... i know friendly and furry are the only two traits you look for in a mammal, but they don't count sorry...

Back from Piney Woods, @ 2:30 Monday morning.
By far the most brutal setup of 4 rounds I have ever played, the rain and the cold made the firts round suck but after that it was all good. Want to thank the Duffs for hauling my *** down to tyler with them. If you haven't played there, it is a must play course. Especially Dogwood Gold which would give Moccasin Creek a serious run for it's money.

That's because Chandler is a mountain and Riverside is a zit growing off of it's butt.
The snow melts slower in the higher elevations.
What are YOU doing out there anyway??? Practicing for your beat down in the junior division?
mtreat
Jan 15 2010, 12:22 PM
Just because you fear Riverside is no reason to hate it.
Someday you will shoot in the 60's, probably high 60's, but in the 60's at Riverside.
And, on a sunny warm day, want to compare scenery????????
DoughDuff
Jan 15 2010, 12:31 PM
I'm glad there are no roller skating paths on the mountain...
sschumacher
Jan 15 2010, 12:41 PM
Yep, scenery is better but considering it's always running away from you it doesn't do much for the ego.
Riverside is a mix of beauty on one side, .....beer, cigerettes, and shirtless fat guys in the middle,.......and carbon monoxide on the other side.
The best that Chandler can offer is just the beer, cigerettes, and shirtless fat guys. But it turns magical at night when the animals come out.:)
