PDGA Player Ratings Update - February 18, 2014

Despite four days of power loss due to an ice storm, the latest PDGA Player Ratings were published on time.  This is the final update for the 2013 PDGA Tour.  The next PDGA Player Ratings update will be the first one for 2014 Tour events and is scheduled for publication on Tuesday, March 18th.  The submission deadline for this ratings update is Tuesday, February 25th.
