The MPO and FPO World Champions from 2025 have an automatic invite to 2026 Pro Worlds in Tier 2.
If they have turned Professional, the 2025 World Champions from Amateur Worlds (MA1 or FA1) and Junior Worlds (MJ18 or FJ18) will receive an automatic invite to 2026 Pro Worlds in Tier 2.

- Pro-class players in the FPO division at PDGA Majors must have a player rating of at least 825.

Examples
An eligible PDGA member who is eligible for gender-based divisions and who had a player rating of 907 in the February 2026 ratings update, would receive an invite to register for FPO during registration tier #4.
An eligible PDGA member who had a rating of 1001 in the February 2026 ratings update, would receive an invite to register during registration tier #4.
An eligible PDGA member who is eligible for gender-based divisions and who had a rating of 991 in the February 2026 ratings update would receive invitations for Registration Tier #2 for FPO and Registration Tier #5 for MPO.
A member who was a current Professional class member prior to 12/15/2025, but had either not played a rated round during 2025,
or had not completed at least three (3) sanctioned events in 2025, would NOT receive an invite, regardless of their player rating,
as they did not meet the eligibility requirements. They would only be able to register for Pro Worlds during the open registration tier (#6) for all 2026 current Professional-class members as long as they met the minimum rating requirement of 935.
An otherwise eligible Pro PDGA member only eligible for MPO at Pro Worlds and who has a player rating below 935 would not be able to register for Pro Worlds. Similarly, a Pro member eligible for FPO with a player rating below 825 would not be able to register.
An Amateur PDGA member who is only eligible for MPO at Pro Worlds and who has a player rating below 970 would not be able to register for Pro Worlds, nor would an Amateur member eligible for FPO be able to register if rated below 875.
Additional Important Notes
Only the MPO and FPO divisions are offered at PDGA Pro Worlds. Invite and registration tiers are based solely on Membership Class and PDGA Player Ratings (regardless of age).
All players in the 2026 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships must be BOTH a current 2026 PDGA member and a Certified Rules Official through the last date of the event before they can register for the event.
