LODGE REPORT: Near miss on the weather last night. We got about 1/4 inch of rain and I have already been out mowing today. Grass wasn't even still wet. AUCTION TOMORROW!
If anybody out there needs some good reliable transportation, cheap, I have 5 vehicles in the auction tomorrow. Four of them run darn good and will probably go cheap. Lots of electrical and heat and air stuff. Jon boat on a trailer, 2007 John Deere riding lawn mower, heavy duty utility trailer, lots of stuff. Give me a call if you have any questions. 918-724-3121

TONIGHT!!!!...TONIGHT!!!...TONIGHT!!!!!!

Come and play Furdogs Miracle Super Absorbent Shammy Course" !!! :)

Are you tired of showing up at your favorite DG course and having to bring your waders with you? :p

Are you tired of having to pay outrageous boat fees just to get your John boat through the gates at Mohawk only to have your boat tip over when it hits an underwater basket?.

Have you ever face planted in six inches of muddy water trying to get away from the snake that five seconds before you thought was just a piece of floating driftwood?

If so then come and play Furdogs Miracle Super Absorbent Shammy Course !!! :)

This offer is not available in stores or on the internet. It can only be obtained by showing up tonight at Chandler Park at 6pm.

Ten inches of rain in two weeks preventing you from hitting the DG links?

Thats no problem at Furdogs Miracle Super Absorbent Shammy Course where IT NEVER FLOODS!!!

The secret lies within the top secret highly scientific and tested method of intelligent thought, planning, and development. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Dont settle for imitations. City parks just cant measure up.

Furdogs Miracle Super Absorbent Shammy Course" comes with a lifetime guarantee. :)

How much would you pay for a deal like this? $100?.....$200? :o

Well here at Furdogs Miracle Super Absorbent Shammy Course we say thats too friggin high!!!!!

Right now you can get it all for only $19.95. Thats right friends.the Shammy course, the no-flooding guarantee, & all the DG you can throw a disc at for only $19.95!!!!

But wait, through this special PDGA board offer, were slashing the price to only $5. Thats right. Only $5 and you wont have to drive home afterwards wearing soggy socks. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Call now!!!!.....Operators are NOT standing by.

Jesus walked on water but you cant so fly free and live high and dry tonight at Furdogs Miracle Super Absorbent Shammy Course!!!

The TDSA made the money Dave and not much at that.

Yeah thats right Zook. I remember spending a weekend in the woods at Chandler cutting trees when Chandler was supposed to be in the Am Worlds mix. I guess you werent there. You must have had a baseball game or maybe you were out screwing over Standingbear and the county parks department to get it moved to Mohawk :p.

It all turned out great for Am Worlds but if you run your pyramid business anything like you pick land to put a DG course on then I would suggest you not give up your day job feeding squirrels and selling Christmas trees during the holiday season. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Mohawk is great most of the year,..when its not underwater. :(

Kelly Lane is great,.when its not underwater. Does anybody know who the TD is out there?

Some good action today. There are so few people on the board now-a-days that we have to find some sort of entertainment :DAfter CS I called out a lousy volunteer which I'm sure provided entertainment for some lurkers. I still don't regret calling that "great volunteer" out.

Hey Furdog are you on probation? This censorship crap on the board is really a bunch of hogwash if you ask me. People think this board is f*****g church, this is a "pay to post" message board and we can't even be honest without worrying about getting suspended or put on probation. I laugh at people who think you can't post anything negative on this board. If a person wants to post their view or feeling about a matter let the son of a beetch do it without getting hammered by the church goers. If I offend you by posting honest feelings then I say SCREW YOU get over it -OR- post something back at me cuz you won't hurt my feelings!

Sorry had to get that out, back to whatever.

I agree with the censorship BS. For a while way back even the word censorship was censored. :o

The PDGA can't get a membership out in the mail in less than 3-4 months, the new mag is behind, the BOD is always behind, players constantly saying that their emails are never answered BUT within 30 minutes of FurDog's posts the moderators have, read, pulled and publicly warned FurDog.. :o

Connors, so far I haven't seen my name on the list so it may just be a warning which I didn't think was allowed. How Dave knows all the details I don't know other than he probably did more than just push the button and was probably on the phone to the monitor directly to insure that it was done within thirty minutes or less. I guess his role at Am Worlds still has some perks. Next time you see him look into his eyes and see if you can see a man of total honesty there. ;)

Did you even get to read the post? The fact that it now shows to be deleted makes it look worse than it was and if it was such a "non-issue" as I agree that is was, why would Dave not see that everyone would have interpreted it the same way?

Bringing the monitor in IMO shows that in his mind, I had stolen his goat and was eating it too. I posted it on my thread on a boring day in which nobody was talking.

If you know anyone that sells goats then let Dave know because I hear he's looking for a new one. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I'm going to relocate four or five baskets that are currently in the construction zone. Two tee pads we will probably reuse and there will probably be 3 grass pads until we can get some cement poured for them.

I'm ready to get it done one way or another so we can get on with the new course.

Tonight!!!!....Tonight!!!!....Tonight!!!!

Is "Stormy Thursday" on the mountain.

Forty mph winds????....No big deal.

Bring your baseball bats in case any baseball sized hail falls from the sky and be ready to run at the sound of the horn because lightening + Furdog = bad hair day. :(

Twoputt has volunteered to lay across the hood of your car and protect it should hail happen to fall so come on out. :)

We will be playing "speed" golf so as the storms approach you will be running from basket to t-pad and you will have ten seconds to throw or you will take a penalty stroke. ;)

If a tornado shows up then don't worry. We will sacrifice the slowest player so the rest of us may live. :)

This could be the fastest ran mini in history.

You've played the rest now play the best!!!!!

Tournament Director?.....I did the second CS just so you wouldn't be able to call me a "One &amp; Done" TD. :p

Course Designer?.....Not yet. Marie &amp; I are just donating the money for the baskets. You'll have to ultimately trash Joyle, Coda, Mike Treat and some of the other fine individuals who have offered to help with design. Existing course remod is scheduled for Saturday June 14th if you're interested.

King of the Mountain?....Yes, there are many like it but for now THIS ONE IS MINE!!!!!! :) ....Come back when you get one of your own. :p

You forgot.....

Professional Water Hydration Engineer

Dynamic Disc Flight Observer &amp; Emergency First Response Disc Locator. :)

Dead Rock Star Impersonator.

And thanks to you I shall now be considered a "Wholely Man". :)....Show up tonight and watch me part the skies and keep the cats &amp; dogs from raining down on your big head. :D

Okay, let get this straight, you showed up a whole 2 minutes before your event's 6:00pm start time, started late as ususal. :o PO'd one player on your card, PO'd another player who was only asking a question, created your own division so that you would be the only one in it, then to top it all off, you LIED about your score to the Tulsa World. You have never shot a 42 on any course, unless it was the front 9. You were the only one in the division, why lie about your score?

I would like to request from the TDSA at the next Administrators meeting to address your actions and propose a possible investigation into the financials of your events. If it is what I suspect, you should be stripped of any course pro recognitiion, TD responsibilities and be reduced in rank to a loud mouth novice again.

Turn in your pencil Hairball, your lies are now in print for the world to see. :o and get all your paperwork together, you'r going to need it for the TDSA audit.
I'm sure Andrew will be more than willing to conduct the audit. :o

Oh and congratulations to Doug MUFFon winning the CTP. :D

Come out tonight for Friday Nights Flights with The Wayne-ster :)

To support his event at the mountain I will be putting up 5000 <font color="white">in pennies </font> as an ace pot if he has a minimum of 8 teams (16 people) and if he gets 12 (24 people) or more teams the I will jack that to 7500 <font color="white">in pennies </font> .

Its Friday!!!!

Its Nighttime!!!! :)

Its for a good cause!!!! ;)

I am innocent of all these charges and will take Maries legal experience to defend me over Opies 200 hours of watching Law &amp; Order prosecution anytime.

I was there by 6pm and ran everyone out for a CTP while I filled out the cards.

There was one complainer but thats only because you paid him to do it. :p

As far as Im concerned if youre going to come out and complain at my minis then you might as well stay home. The west side is a totally different time zone.

Ive been out there at 5:30 before and everyone just mills around and doesnt show up at the truck to pay until 5:55 or later anyway. That's how I met the guy who keyed your truck.

You say you would be the tough guy and turn them away but I have yet to see you do any TDSA TDing so your testimony here and in court is worthless as are your accusations. :p

Obviously it appears there are typos in the newspaper which is evident by the misspelling of Duffs name and my score of 42. I did not post 42 here, I posted 52.

Unfortunately the cards for last nights mini were sucked out the window as I was driving home last night. :(

My lawyer, Marie, has instructed me not to say anymore since I am now under investigation. Unfortunately that also puts my donation for tonights special Ace pot in jeopardy and it will be up to The Waynesters approval on whether or not that will still be accepted.

I thought I was doing something good to bring more players out for his event but now thanks to you I might have to re-direct that money for a nice meal tonight with Marie so we can conduct discussions on my future legal defense and my countersuit against Allied Insurance Azzociates.. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

The fact that your results post was after Wise's accusation (of you giving 42 to the paper) completely nullifies the fact that you posted the "correct" score in your post.

Of course you would. You were probably drunk and thought, once you got to your name,"wouldn't that be funny if I said 42! I bet no one will see it!"

Scorecards blew out on the way home. Ha! Wasn't born yesterday.

I will initiate the audit. Scott, you should come prepared to defend yourself at the next admin meeting. Remember, in our system you are guilty until proven innocent.

I don't remember the last time I have even seen Furdog bring money in.

But dad and I have talked for some time about having TD's bring in their sign-up sheets with their cash. It only makes sense and anyone who doesn't want to do it is either lazy or guilty.

Are you guys doing this during the meeting or in private conversations outside the meetings?

This smells like a conspiracy to me. Is Martin still doing the Treasury stuff or is he and your Dad sharing the duties?

Let's see, son turns in financial reports to dad. Dad pays for son's education. Hmmmmmm???? ;)

Now son brings in assistant who just happens to have premium access to TDSA stock. Hmmmmmmm????

Riverside mini's end and all the sudden start at an offshore location run by the son and his assistant. Hmmmmmm???? :o/msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Riverside isn't the only course that smells "fishy" now.

I will have Marie file an injunction against your audit and you will have to pass the Oklahoma Bar Association before you can bring charges against me. :D

All I know about your home business is what John Green and (your buddy) Dave Wise told me so if my comments rub you the wrong way then take it up with them. ;)

Once I added up the numbers I didn't make any profit off of CS other than the leftover t-shirts and tournament discs that I now cash out or sell at discounted prices. I guess that's profit but it no way near $2000 nor will it pay for the new baskets you screwed Chandler out of. :p

I also donate a lot of it to other tournies ROF and such.

I gave a lot of stuff away to certain people who volunteered or helped out in some significate way. I'll even set you up with a free shirt and tournament disc for bringing out the wood although I can tell you do naturally get wood anytime I'm around anyway. :o....You have to show up first though.

Marie and I consider CS a big party for our friends and I like people to get their money's worth if not more.

I know most TD's want to consider it a business and that's fine with me. The only donated money I got was $100 from Wise and I split that into the Pro womens payout. That was the only added cash. I've already listed what others donated.

Wise bringin up the $2000 number is a perfect example of insurance man who's habit is selling overpriced products to people in fear of losing everything.

That's because you're now a member of Furdog's preferred trash circle now. That's right buddy you've finally made it to an exclusive list of dirty low down characters like Twoputt, Zooc, and Opie though he's been having a problem keeping up lately. There is a ninety day probation period so you and Penny, the other rookie, need to study up on your imaginative writing skills or you may be subject to being voted out of the club. ;)

Don't be a Wise crack. Use you imagination and remember that anything you write here will archived and studied hundreds of years from now long after you're gone. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

By the way, not one of those three investigators showed up to play last Friday night. Opie stood by my car for a little while but when his back up didn't arrive he left without partaking in the night mini which by the way had an attendance of 23 glowing people. From what I hear, Zooc was busy doing some personal "wood" service for Twoputt. ...That's funny. Zooc can't show up for a mini but he can show up at Twoputt's house to "whack" wood. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Had Opie played, the ace pot would have been 7500 instead of 5000 but since nobody hit it anyway that money was spent on a nice meal for my legal counsel the next day. Thanks everyone.

FYI

This Sunday, June 15th, there will be some type of classic car show going on at Chandler. Now I know no one likes to play there anymore but if you do go be advised that these car dudes don't like discs flying around their classic vehicles.

Standingbear also said they will be charging a fee to get past a certain area in the park so I told him that in itself will probably keep most of the DG'ers out. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

You should see what he had printed in the Tulsa World today. :o

Pro: Coda 42 (really a 41)
Pro Legend Scott Schumacher 50 (he is only 48 playing in a divsion that requires age 60)
Jr Dave Wise 68 (he really hates paying me money I shot a 44)

He did not list the CTP winner because he hates paying him (Duff) too.

Let me ask you folks, Should a club appointed TD continued to be allowed to intentially miss report results to a major public news agency? :o This directly effects the character of the club that others have worked so hard to maintian. Instances such as this should not be tolerated and should not be continually allowed.

This TD has also taken the time to disrupt another TD's event by driving through the park blowing an air horn while people are playng. His actions bring nothing but embaressment and shame to a club that has worked SO hard to erase the sterotypes associated with our sport.

I here by nominate Andrew Treat to take over Chandler park as the new TD. Andrew could even be considered a course PRO with a rating of 949. As it is now Chandler only has a course director with a dismal rating of barely over 800. :( and a track record of late arrivals, very late starts, conflicts with players and members and a questionable financial history with his events.

Please send your requests to have this TD removed to
[email protected]
All requests will be forwarded the the TDSA administration for reveiw and consideration.

Thank you :D

Thank Dave, and let me just start off by saying that I am really sorry that everyone has had to see all of this happen, right out here in the open of the message board.

It gives me great pleasure to take over TD responsibilities at Chandler, I am the closest one to it, and it is my home course.

To those of you who were burned by the old TD, Furdog, let it be known that I am going to be making some changes out at Treat's Mountain.

First of all, we start at 6.

Second, we start at 6.

Third, I promise not to pocket all the CTP and Ace Pot like Furdog has.

Fourth, I promise to make CTP's fun again!

And Fifth, just wait until you see what I have planned for AndrewStock!

You should see what he had printed in the Tulsa World today.

<font color="red">How do you know it was me? FYI..ANYONE can call DG results into the newspaper. For all I know, you could have done it to ambush me and set up your lackie on my mountain. The newspaper does not just print TDSA results nor does it say TDSA DG Results so someone like Wise is free to call in results for his outlaw minis or someone like me is free to call in Dovillio results next Tuesday before the event is even over and before Andy or Dad can even pick up the phone. I personally would not do that though because its just not right.

I advertised last nights mini as Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire so everybody was free to lie about anything. So I will tell you right now that yes..I DID IT!!!!!! :):)

Ive got those results posted on my fridge right now. On top of that I also bought ten copies for my mother in an effort to make her proud of me again. :(....I would have put Marie's name in there too but as my lawyer she insisted her name not appear and she is currently writing me up a plea of insanity to keep me out of DG prison. ;)

In my defense when I emailed these results in I was TWUI, (Typing While Under the Influence) and under the advice of my lawyer will be checking into TD rehab this weekend. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif</font>

Pro: Coda 42 (really a 41) ..

<font color="red"> This was the only legit mistake on my part. They dont even ask who won pro any more, they just ask What was Codas score. </font>

Pro Legend Scott Schumacher 50 (he is only 48 playing in a divsion that requires age 60).

<font color="red">Sometimes my body feels like it is 65 so age shouldnt matter. Also, once 60 and overs see that, they will be encouraged to come out and thus support the club. :) </font>

Jr Dave Wise 68 (he really hates paying me money I shot a 44)..

<font color="red">Wrong again. And BTW, nobody cares about your second place finish. Connors stuck around, helped, and got your money. You leave early then your cash stays with me. :p

There was a Jr Dave Wise out there. Hes about 8 tall and I carry him around in my pants. :p </font>

He did not list the CTP winner because he hates paying him (Duff) too..

<font color="red">Not my fault. Ask the other TDs. Sometimes they print it and sometimes not. Duff is no longer on my hit list but Ive got to say that him and BVA were really going at it last night in the trash talk department. It was like a mirror image of you and me without the dollar side bets. </font>

Let me ask you folks, Should a club appointed TD continued to be allowed to intentially miss report results to a major public news agency? This directly effects the character of the club that others have worked so hard to maintian. Instances such as this should not be tolerated and should not be continually allowed.

<font color="red">So a TDSA Admin advertising a free 08 Roc CTP that doesnt exist is OK? :( </font>

This TD has also taken the time to disrupt another TD's event by driving through the park blowing an air horn while people are playng. His actions bring nothing but embaressment and shame to a club that has worked SO hard to erase the sterotypes associated with our sport.

<font color="red">First of all, its a public place so I can blow an air horn all I want. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Second, how is the club going to erase the stereotype that probably 95% of the worlds population that knows about disc golf still looks at it as nothing but a bunch of stoners in the park. I may be an alky but I still get thrown in with the rest. Instead of trying to fight the stereotype, I think the club should embrace it and advertise in NORMAL magazine. Thats right. There is no 401K plan in DG. We dont have representative showing up during a sporting event on TV talking about helping the United Way. No national sports network is ever going to set up camera towers in the bog at Mohawk to watch DGers whack a bunch of trees unless the PDGA can get a major Columbian sponsor or NORMAL magazine to put up some big bucks to talk about the medical benefits of weed and why it should be legalized.

What the club really needs to think about is how to increase its membership. So people feel like they are getting a little more than a once a year vote and a dollar off the price of plastic. WAFDA offers a bag tag and a personalized shirt on it premium $20 membership. I think NWDGA offers a bag tag too. The TDSA has a few other things and is great but membership should include some type of wow factor. I did nothing to harm the TDSA and now that my family has seen my name in the newspaper and Marie purrs every time I come through the door I will insist on a majority membership vote at the picnic before I let you try and kick me off my mountain. </font>

I here by nominate Andrew Treat to take over Chandler park as the new TD. Andrew could even be considered a course PRO with a rating of 949. As it is now Chandler only has a course director with a dismal rating of barely over 800. and a track record of late arrivals, very late starts, conflicts with players and members and a questionable financial history with his events.

<font color="red">Im glad you brought this up because now I am free to provide everyone with my conspiracy theory about what is really going on.

Team TnT, or maybe I should refer to it as "TWT" now, has wanted to get their dirty little hands on my mountain for a long time. They maintain a strong family voting block within the TDSA. Twoputt, former admin and treasuer, retired or kicked out after Am worlds, I cant remember, doesnt like not having a say to where the TDSA money is going, and is now conducting smear tactics against me in an effort to get the Treats installed at Chandler and thus gain control of two of the more profitable DG courses in Tulsa. What does this equal??? More money for Andys education and more money for Dave to pay for the horse which he bought for his wife to remind her of him when hes not around. Funny, she only seems to look at its backside for the most part. ;)

Thats its people. Thats what I think is going on. Theyve even cut Keldog &amp; Zooc in for a piece of the action and God only knows how many others.

For those of you that might be thinking about voting me off the island, let me tell you what you can probably expect at an AndrewStock.

No Loose Moose.

No beer on the course if its a sanctioned event.

If non-sanctioned then $2 of all entries to the Opie Education Fund.

No TD access after 9pm at night. Hell be home in bed sleeping.

So will Wise for that matter. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

No tie dye shirts. Just a bunch of orange leftover Stillwater Classic shirts. :(

No inflatable sheep given away in the ROF. Just a crusty sock of Andrews.

No glow night effects. Just some florescent paint and a blacklight.

Andrew live in concert playing Mommas little baby loves shortening bread on the guitar. :(

Now if Michael helps with it then it might be ok but I implore you all to please dont take my mountain away!!!!! :( :( </font>

That is so disappointing. From the way you were talking I thought you might have had post of the year...

It took you all day to write that?

And now you are getting Conners to rig a poll for you? :D

We all know Conners is the polling master, and as such he obviously has control of the results of his polls.

What is really funny is that Wise and I have pushed you into a little animal carrier and you don't know what to do about it! :D

You created an entire Conspiracy theory as a Red Herring to the fact that you have been lacking as a TD and now it is out in the open. :o

And the fact that you personally recognize the fact that you sit on the biggest amateur attraction in town, now that the river is going to be out for the summer.

With all that money you made at Chandlerstock added into what you take of the top of your mini's you are probably trying to make a move on the TDSA itself!  :p

And don't bring up shirts, I have seen the homeless shelters, we know what you have been doing with your surplus merch. Otherwise there has been an unusually hight amount of tie-dye's and glow sticks donated lately. :D

You've been an admin for what 9 months now???

Much is expected but lying like you did requires an old school education that you don't have. I know you think you have the horns but last I saw they were still planted in the ground at Mohawk. You need to grad pre-fab before you can move into the big school.

Stick to the sidelines rookie because this is the championship and right now all you qualify for is the "pion". :D

Admin meeting is Monday and you might want to bring an extra gavel to prop your chair because your potty trainer is listing and your fight club buddy won't be there to defend you. :o

Choosing Wise to align yourself with is like choosing a one way ticket on the Titanic. Unless you want to pull the "Women and children first" defense, you'll still be sucking seaweed at the end of the day. :)

Unless you want to pull the "Women and children first" defense, you'll still be sucking seaweed at the end of the day. :) <font color="red">A bigger mistake would be to side with you, that would take any credibility Andrew had and put it on the level of your incoherent phone rants. </font>

You need to circle the wagons buddy, give a bigger retainer to your attorney, the campaign to have your removed is on and not even Conner's poll's can help you. :o I did like Andrew's comment on Conners being the King of Poles though. :D His throne is atop a poll. :D

i will take over chandler

Slack, the coo against my leadership has been put down. All that is left is just a mop up of a few insurgents that are currently on the run.

Thanks for your support.

Well maybe "ankle biters" is more appropriate for you two. ;)

Last Saturday I went out a did a rough marking of the modification to the existing Chandler course. There are currently flags out there in approximate locations to mark new hole placements and tee pads. I did it as simple and cost efficient as possible since I do not know what kind of money or help Im going to get for new tee pads. The flags should be up for a few days if anyone wants to check it out. Basically this is what Ive got but it is subject to change.

After hole twelve go to hole #14 tee and tee south approx 300 feet. This is a short hole but there is a wall of trees so use your imagination.

Next, move to # 13 tee pad and tee SW approx 350 feet. More trees to avoid and the target is up close to the treeline.

Next, move to # 18 tee pad and tee SW approx 280 feet. The flag is in the grouping of trees NW of the ball field.

Next, go east to tee pad marked with flags and throw east approx 225. Flag is in the grouping of trees. (New tee pad required)

Next, go SW to tee pad marked with flags and throw east across the road approx 200. (New tee pad required)

Final hole # 18 tee pad is east along the tree line and path is north along wood line avoiding the playground and short of the shelter parking lot. (New tee pad required)

This should keep DGers out of the parking lot and walking around behind the trash cans to get to # 1.

So 13 thru 18 will be modified and though the holes will still be short, there will be more obstacles in your way.

This is not final by any means. I want to get Coda, Joyle and some others out there to look at the possibilities.

Well probably set up some temp targets at a future mini to see how its going to flow.
