Course Description:
A mix of open field, tall grass, and woods. It circles the Omro Middle School starting on Fox Trail off of Hwy 116. No formal tees, but there are signs at each tee area. A crushed cinder nature path leads you through the course. Dual tees and a reverse layout (see map) make 18 (playing 14,4,0 @ 4159').

Directions:
From Omro: head NE on Hwy 116 towards Winneconne. As you leave town, turn left onto Fox Trail (signs for High School and Middle School). The course is on the north side of Fox Trail. 1st tee next to tennis courts east of Middle School.
It really is 18 holes, but since there are only 9 baskets, they wouldn't mark it 18. The 18 tees are unique. You play 9, then turn around and play 9 the other way, so each hole is different.
pros
-course is very underplayed. No crowds to speak of.
-port-a-potty at hole 9
-mix of long and short holes
-mix of woods and open field
-hazards are not an issue. (farmer's field, relatively thin woods, baseball diamonds, and football field).. no water to deal with.
-nature trail leads you through the course
-great for dogs too!
cons
-course is flat... not much for elevation changes
-only 9 baskets.. but really since the course isn't well known, it rarely is an issue.
I really recommend checking out this quiet course!
