The Perry Rotary Disc Golf Park is relativly new, opened in 2009. The tees were paved in 2010. As a local, I can say the course is generally well kept. Tees have clearly marks signs with directions. There is a creek bed running thorugh the center, with a moderatley steep slope. If you're like me and don't have the best of aim, be ready to run up and down the slope.

The course length is pretty short. To make up for it there are a few holes with out of bounds areas to lengthen the course, which are clearly marked on the tee signs (i.e. the disc must go left or right of said tree)

If you enjoy playing different courses and you are passing Perry on I-35 this course is worth stopping for. It is a mile or so off of the interstate, not one of those courses held 10 miles out of town in the middle of nowhere. (I'm looking at you Clovis, New Mexico)
