This 9 hole has huge potential. According to the maintenence guys, it was just 9 baskets in a field. That is no longer the case, and now has massive elevation changes, playing along a trailed hillside with great views. However, there is no signage AT ALL! No clearly marked tboxes, ect. Its raw. 1 workday and maybe $50, could make this place something special. Add some turf to the t's, and you have a 4 rating. I hope to see major improvements next visit.

Decent 9 hole pasture course that follows the Yampa River. On the short side, but has a fun layout. River comes in to play on a couple shots. Camping spots nearby and very uncrowded.
