赤穂城南緑地公園 (Ako Castle South Park)

A small course that has both tree coverage and open grass. Most lengths are very short - an average of 35m (115ft).

Informal tees designated by a wooden sign with hole number, distance, and par. The course takes you first on the outside loop (1-8) and then back on the inner loop (9-18). A few out-of-bounds obstacles (OB) such as the road/walking path that goes along the course and a baseball field marked by a chain link fence.

Some of the areas on the first 8 holes are unkempt - a lot of leaves, branches, and trees to contend with, but the back 9 is really fun. Good for beginners and great for families. Free parking, restrooms, and vending machines.

A reception office near by is connected to the sports gym with scorecards and rental discs.
