A good mix of open and wooded holes with some terrain and minimal OB. For 9 hole loop play 1-4, 14-18. Transition is to right of basket #4.

Directions:
From I-77 north of downtown Charlotte; exit 25 (Hwy 73). Go 4.7 miles east on Hwy 73 to the park on the right. If from I-85; exit 55 (Hwy 73). Go 7.5 miles west, park at light on left. Go straight into the back of the park (softball field parking). 1st tee is in the woods to the right of the playground equipment.
This was a really fun and challenging course to play. While I couldn't find a map on the internet or at the park, once you make it to the 1st tee, there are good directions with arrows on trees and signs on tees. This course is basically in the woods with a couple of open tees and several combo in/out of woods. There are a couple of "cedar alleys" which were cool. The course is well kept and maintained. water comes into play on 2 baskets. several baskets have 2 tees (a long and shorter tee). While you need some accuracy in this course, there are openings for long throws and they did a good job of making some clearings to the basket. The course is well spread out and you will do a good bit of walking. there are signs at each tee with distance to basket, diagram of basket course and what direction to go to get to next basket.
