C-470; take SH-285 south towards Fairplay 15 miles. Just past the Staples/Checker Auto Parts shopping center exit Foxton Rd. Left at 2 stop signs. Follow Foxton Rd. 0.25 mile to Conifer Community Park. Enter and park on left at trailhead (across from small bldg. and play structure). Walk Valley Trail 0.5 mile to #1.

Nice course with some challenging terrain and elevation. Many tight, heavily treed holes. Accuracy and skill are required. You can hit the basket on your second throw, roll 40 feet down a steep hill, and end up with a 4. This course benefits from an active club that is making steady improvements. The new signs at each tee are a wonderful addition, as are the log benches scattered throughout the course. There is some hill climbing involved, making this course more of a physical workout than most.
Amazing course with beautiful backdrops to disc through! Lots of up-hill climbing, so make sure you have good shoes and pack plenty to drink! Challenging course with every shot in your bag. Not too long, but you have to be very accurate! Watch where you go or have a spottr, because if you start to roll, it may never stop! Great course, I would tell all my friends to play it!
The first hole is very intimidating! You are looking up a 50 degree hill, with the basket at the top, and a narrow corridor of trees leading up to it. Rolling all the way back down the hill is a very likely possibility. The first three (3) holes are all uphill, and are strenuous. However, once you get passed these, the rest of the holes are mostly flat with some small hills in between. Rolling discs is the major challenge. Often the basket is out of site, and you can't tell where your disc has gone. some holes have log walls protecting your disc from rolling, but not all holes have this.
Overall, this was an excellent course to play! There are so many ways to approach the basket, I foresee this course being a favorite of mine for a long time!
I am a novice disc golf player and for me this course is challenging. The first pin is very intimidating and almost made me want to turn around and leave. This course is very hilly and lends itself to lots of discs rolling down hills and turning what could have been par into a double bogey. Having played it a few more times I am getting used to the obstacles and figuring out where the pins tend to be. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to take the next step and improve their game but not bringing and new players. It could get frustrating. One big plus is that it's usually about 10 degrees cooler then in Denver metro.
this course is awesome. if your looking for a nice scenic hilly hike mixed with a amazing dg course this is it. It isn't the easiest course in the world but i like a challeng. lots of trees. this one is definitely a hike. nice benches and lots of people out there but everyone plays kinda slow here due to hills and looking for runaway discs.
Great course....after the first three holes you are up on the mtn. We really enjoyed playing here and it looked like they were in the process of installing a zip line....we will def play this one every time we come back to Colorado....highly recommend this one.......
