The positive impact Jeff Homburg has had on the disc golf world is recorded in many areas. From Oklahoma to Louisiana and Iowa to Arizona, Jeff has been a tournament director, course designer, and champion competitor with an amazing thumber. For many years he directed The Tumbleweed Open at Santa Cruz Riverpark in Tuscon, Arizona. For his diligence and accomplishments the PDGA honored him with the 1994 Volunteer of the Year award and in 1996 his peers voted him into the Oklahoma Flying Disc Hall of Fame. After more than two decades as Chair of the PDGA Technical Standards Committee, Jeff still enjoys helping the sport develop. When it comes to selfless contributors to disc golf, Jeff Homburg will always measure up.
