Understanding the 2016 PDGA Tour Standards

There’s been a lot of chatter recently concerning the 2016 PDGA Tour Standards, specifically the Experimental and Non-Standard Rules section. The largest event on the west coast swing of the PDGA National Tour is back and bigger than ever in 2016! The Memorial Championship presented by Discraft is returning to Scottsdale, Mesa, and Fountain Hills, Arizona for its 28th year on March 2-5, 2016.
