Something for everyone. Front nine is more challenging than the back nine for sure. Long pads make the course a bit tougher. Elevation on first 4 holes with trees. Get a spotter for hole 4. Hole 2 long pad is hole 4 short pad and vice versa. It is a little confusing even though it is a great idea. I rarely see people use the long pads on those.

Nice holes in the woods on 6 and 7. Long pad for 6 is a little walk and it is not used often. From the long pads, there are not a lot of "twos" on 6, 7, or 8. I've heard people complain about hole 8, but I like it. There is a stream and lots of trees. From the long pad it is a miracle to get it through. I usually lay it up and take a 3 and be happy. Hole 8 also has a cool bridge dedicated to Steady Ed.

Back nine is mostly short with 200 ft or so with trees. There are plenty of birdie opportunities on the back. It is a good for beginning players. Long pads make 10 and 11 more challenging.

Hole 17 is 500ft with a 90 turn to the right. There are trees all along the right side and a stream on the left with not a lot of path in the middle. From the long pad, I've only seen one "Two" on hole 17 in 10 years of playing out there 3-4 times a week all summer... and it wasn't me...

VERY popular course with the kids middle school through high school. There are days in the early afternoon when it is so crowded it takes 90-120 minutes to play 18. The city could use another course to alleviate the crowding.

Very nice course not too hard but not easy either. good risk reward shots. not worth a special trip but a must play if youre in the area.

I loved this course! Short pads were fun and the long pads were challenging. Holes 9-16 are short and very birdie-able but there are some trees in the way. There is a creek and a lot of good elevation changes. Cool Course!

Golfed it today and it was great the first four are the most challanging and the rest get easier until you get to 17 that is the hardest one!!

I Grew up a block from this course. I played everyday for years. Amazing course if you have never been. alot of open shots, some trouble when you veer off the path. And if you get there in the wrong weather, bugs can be an issue. People are lovely there. always populated. LOVE IT, play it, live it.
