Course Description:
Occupies half of a 60 acre park with some open holes and several curving into the woods along Cane Creek. Wetland in play on #4, 8, and 9. Seasonal blackberries for snacking.

Directions:
From Asheville take I-26 South to Exit 13 (Fletcher/Mountain Home/Hwy25) and turn left. Go 2.5 miles to a right on Howard Gap Rd., 0.25 mile to a left into Fletcher Community Park. Course at back of park.
Not the best course on earth. Follows the outer rim of an open area with a pond and soccer fields. For the most part, you just throw along the wood line and then pitch it into the woods where the basket lies. Lots of poison ivy in the summer makes it a little treacherous.
Mlemon is spot on. It is also really hot in the summer as there is barely any shade on most of the holes. Lots of walking for the same shot 9 times in a row (not really, but pretty much)!
