Hey James and other masters guys, why don't y'all play the Open? If Eddie is dropping out then why play with 4 guys? All of you are strong players and you'll bump the payout deeper, all of you have the game to pick some cash out of there. James has that consistent forehand and putting down pat, Chile usually plays consistent enough to get the job done and sometimes more, Marcus can flat out launch with the best of them and does well in Victoria.

We're here finally. Looks like a really nice hotel and we've got a great setup for some poker.
I brought both tables and their conference room table is completely usable too. We could actually run 3 tables at this place!!!

Victoria played tough this past week~end, HUGE congrats to Mike Olse on defending your title, most excellent comeback! Also, "The Legend" (James McCaine) defends his title as well, good job you two, not bad for a couple of scrubs coming out of Bartholomew.
Rick, the course flowed very well I thought considering how many people were involved in playing. I thought you did a bang up job for a newbie. Sure there are things that could be better but, nobody is perfect and you never will be. Keep up the good work and thanks for running the event!!!

As one of those "girls" who played up as a trophy entry, I can say that it is a more inviting venue when we can bring more ladies together. Three cards of four versus two divisions of six, I think that says it all. Our six trophy ladies added the equiv. of two more paying open players, That way, one more open woman cashed , some of the advanced girls who played well may now move up for good, and for those of us who espire to have a good time, play with a better mix of ladies were able to do it cheaply as Bender pointed out. Somehow, that provided priceless memories and the desire to play trophy only again.
I think that it is catching on down here, and if I can play up with the opportunity for a possible round with Des......WOW!

Hey! Thanks for a great tourney Rick! The weather was just perfect for disc golf! (well...maybe a little chilly at the start but we all warmed up eventually!:D)
I lost a trusted companion - 1st Run CE Valkyrie by the stump on #7. Reward offered for anyone that wants to get it back to me!
I also acquired a handy little clipboard from Mark (played the first round with us...) Get me his address and I'll get it back to him! (Or buy it from him!)
A special thanks goes out to all of the card-mates I got to play with this weekend. I tried to give Lance a run for his money during the 2nd round, but I totally cratered on Sunday. I felt good, practiced for about an hour before the round started and then proceeded to spray the course with my plastic during the round. :( :(
Jan - I'll get you next time dude! It's been many years since we've been on a card together and I really enjoyed it. See ya at State doubles.
Richard Lewis - I had more fun with you playing on our card Sunday than I've had in a long time in spite of how crummy I was playing. Who is carrying that pacifier? Did we manage to pawn it off on Jan on that last hole???
