Just got the DVD and watched both DVDs straight through. All I can say is wow, no love for EOG. I was tied for the lead after the first round and on the 2nd and 3rd cards in the 3rd and 4th rounds. No round coverage except for 2 guys in my group. :( Aparently with finishing as well as I did, I had more bloopers and heartbreaks than good shots. :confused: In previous videos lead card 2nd rounds were shown and clips from the top 5 cards in the last rounds. It's by far the best I've ever played and by far the least I've ever been shown on the vid. Its a good video overall but I'm a little dissappointed as one would expect. I guess I didn't play well enough to be "showcased".

Nope, I've never cared about plastic. I've got plenty of that. I placed 2nd in advanced the first year, paid $50 entry I believe and won $34 CASH. Just thought it was a little weird. Never once complained and came back every year. Thanks though.

Also strange: the MSDGC archive has no record of your having competed in '04 or '05, but I'm pretty sure I remember playing w/ you in Round 1 in '04. :confused:

the camera man pulled up and this shot was only heard. i thought about including it but it ended up on the cutting room floor. if the camera had stayed with it, it would have made the cut for sure.

I can only apologize. After watching the footage, I made the decision to cover the top six (for the most part) as they made a run. I had hoped to include the extra footage like in the '06 but did not have time. Perhaps I can take the footage and put it up on YouTube or something. You are featured a ton on the extra card footage - that did not make it onto the DVD - and you played a great tournament.

I hear ya EOG, i went from 45th to 8th on Sunday, 1 off the course record round 4, went 3-4 on 11 and 12, and have a total of two putts shown combined on both DVD's. <shrug> what are ya gonna do. Show up in July and make a better run for the title that's what!

Yeah, besides round 1 where it was random, I think my LOWEST starting position was top of the third card. I'll admit, I didn't have my best rounds on Sunday, but over 75% of all my shots were on tape! Good to hear from you Mittenz. Sorry we couldn't get together over the holidays. I guess I'll be seeing you in March!

11 I was parked for the 3 (maybe 10 past it?) and 12 if my drive was 20 further...and approach 20 closer...that'd be a short putt. I'll 3 it in the Maple Hill Open, you just wait.
